This plastic insulated food carrier is the plastic-body answer to the stainless steel holding cabinet, and for most catering operations it is the better answer. The body is a single rotomolded piece of food-grade LLDPE with a double wall and 30 mm of high-density polyurethane foam between the two skins, so the 90 litre cavity holds hot pans above 60 C and chilled pans below 5 C for up to six hours with no electricity of any kind.
