The 120 litre insulated food delivery box exists because delivery economics changed: a restaurant group running forty orders an hour cannot afford to send three 90 litre boxes where one 120 litre box will do. This cabinet carries eight 65 mm full-size GN pans, or four deep 150 mm pans, in a single load, keeping hot food above 60 C for up to six hours and chilled product below 5 C once the cavity is pre-chilled.
